Deadline

There is no specific deadline to submit an Application: admissions are on a rolling basis and it is recommended that applications are submitted as early as possible in order to receive prompt consideration and increase the probability of acceptance. When a Challenge Workshop is full, its title will no longer be available in the Application Form and this will marked in the event’s webpage.


Registration Fees include:

– Attendance of the Scientific Sessions

– Gourmet Lunches during the Workshop at the Chetzeron Restaurant

– Coffee Breaks during the Workshop

– Scientific material before, during and after the Workshop

Registration Fees do not include:

– Accommodation in Crans-Montana

– Transportation to the venue (Gondola ride from the center of Crans-Montana, price is around 15 CHF)

– Meals and services not otherwise specified


Accommodation

A few rooms are available for accommodating registered participants at Chetzeron, for a separate charge. This will provide the opportunity to spend evenings with the Faculty and the comfort of in this unique venue. Interested participants are invited to notify the NSAS Organizing Desk at the time of Registration: the number of rooms is very limited and we encourage early registration.

The village of Crans-Montana has a variety of hotels and residences, which satisfy all tastes and pockets and may be booked for a longer stay, before or after the Workshop. The NSAS is unable to assist with individual reservations but we are happy to provide general information about accommodation n Crans-Montana.
